Service Animals Policy

In accordance with New York State law, only service animals that meet the applicable legal definition are permitted inside the restaurant.

Our outdoor dining area does not have a separate exterior entrance and can only be accessed by walking through the restaurant. Therefore, the same service animal policy applies to our outdoor seating area.

Pets, emotional support, and companion animals are not permitted in the restaurant or outdoor dining areas.

Reservation policy for SU Graduation weekend & Mother’s Day

Please call the restaurant at 315-685-6600 and ask for a manager to book your reservation. An advance deposit of $15-$25 per person depending on requested time will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to your reservation. **Please note: We will only hold your table for 10 minutes past your reservation time. No separate checks & 20% gratuity added to parties of 8 or more
